Mobile Service Member

Step 1: Check Your Coverage

Before signing up for Solavei service, you’ll want to ensure your area has Solavei coverage.

Make sure to check all addresses where you live, work, and play so you are covered everywhere you go.

Step 2: Buy a Smartphone or Bring Your Own?

Buy a Smartphone

Solavei has partnered with Quality One to provide the latest and greatest handsets at great prices!

or

Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP)

To Bring Your Own Phone, you will have to:

  • Make sure your GSM phone (accepts SIM card) is compatible with the Solavei network by checking the Device ID (IMEI) number
  • Call your service provider to confirm your phone is unlocked

If your phone is compatible and unlocked, you will be selecting the SIM card option when you enroll.

Step 3: New Number or Port Your Old One?

New Number

You can easily choose to get a new number. Solavei can assign a number in your area by your zip code.

or

Port Your Number

If you would like to keep your existing number with your new phone, you will need to contact your current service provider to get the information they will need for porting. This may include the following:

  • Account number
  • Porting PIN

Step 4: Find a Sponsor

Because Solavei is powered by relationships, a connection is made between you and the person who introduced you to Solavei. Ask your friend in Solavei for their personal enrollment link.

Your sponsor's name and icon will show below the join now button if you followed their link

You can still enroll with Solavei without a sponsor and Solavei will assign one to you.

Step 5: Checklist

  • I have coverage
  • I know my sponsor

Solavei Phone

  • I know what phone I want

BYOP

  • I have a GSM phone (checked the Device ID (IMEI) number) and
  • I have determined my phone is unlocked

New Number

Activation

When you have your phone and SIM card, you can go through the activation process.

Activating Mobile Service

Activation

After enrollment, you will be guided to activate your Solavei mobile service.

If you ordered a phone or SIM card you can return to the activation process when they arrive:

  1. Log into my.solavei.com
  2. Click the Activate Phone & Get Status button
  3. Follow the steps to activate your service
    1. Enter your SIM number twice found on the Solavei SIM Card
    2. Choose to have a new number assigned to you, or to bring your existing number from another carrier to Solavei
    3. Put your SIM into your phone and you will receive a text message with your phone number when your activation is complete

Compensation Payment Method

If you enroll as Brand Partner or Retailer you will have the option to setup your compensation payment method with a person or preferred banking institution. You can use a checking account at a bank, credit union or thrift, which is in good standing. You can also use prepaid debit cards and Western Union banking services as long as they are connected to a US checking or savings account.

Getting Started with MySolavei

Now that you are enrolled, you are ready to spread the word about Solavei. When you log into the MySolavei at my.solavei.com, you can check network status, share the Solavei message and invite friends to join.

You have completed the Solavei Overview Tutorial. Now you are ready to share Solavei with your friends and family!

We've made sharing Solavei with others fast, effective and easy. Start by logging into MySolavei, then follow the steps below.

  1. INVITE Make a list of your friends and family you think would be interested in Solavei.
    • Contact them with a quick call or email, and let them know you'll be sending a video about Solavei
    • In MySolavei, click Referral (this option may be under marketing)
    • On the email tab, enter their email addresses, select a message, add a personal message and click send
  2. FOLLOW UP People usually need to see something at least 2 times before they make a decision, so be sure to follow up.
    • Track responses to your invitation email in MySolavei Referral
    • Choose another video as a follow up, and send it
  3. ENROLL When you have someone who wants to enroll:
    • Send them your personal link: solavei.com/YourUsername
    • Check coverage using their full address
    • Choose a device or SIM card
    • Help them complete the enrollment process and activation process
