Samsung Galaxy S4

  1. On the device, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Wireless & networks.
  4. Make sure Wi-Fi is Off (you can change this later) and Mobile network is On (or checked).
  5. Tap on Mobile network.
  6. Tap on Access Point Names.
  7. Delete any existing APN’s that may be on the phone (select the APN, hit the menu button and delete)
  8. Select the menu button and add APN.
  9. Select Name, enter solavei and tap OK.
  10. Select APN, enter solavei (all lower case) and tap OK.
  11. Select MMSC: http://solavei.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
  12. Select Authentication type: none
  13. Select APN Type: default,mms,supl,admin,hipri   (no spaces, all lower case)
  14. Select APN protocol: IPv4
  15. Select APN roaming protocol: IPv4
  16. Put a check mark in the box to turn ON APN.
  17. Bearer: Unspecified   
  18. Select MVNO Type: IMSI (if you don't have this option please skip this)
  19. Select MVNO Value: 310260x (This should be the default that comes up after selecting IMSI)
  20. Press the Menu key and select Save.
  21. Press the radio button next to Solavei to set the profile as default.
  22. Delete all non-Solavei APN's after saving the Solavei APN.
  23. At this time, turn the phone Off and then back On again.
  24. Test the settings by sending a picture message to yourself.
  25. Tap the Menu icon.
  26. Tap Browser.
  27. Enter a non-Google web site to test.
