  1. On the device, tap the Menu or Applications icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select More Networks.
  4. Make sure Wi-Fi is Off (you can change this later) and Mobile network is On (or checked).
  5. Tap on Mobile networks.
  6. Tap on Access Point Names.
  7. Press the Menu key and tap Reset to Default.
  8. Press the Menu key and tap New APN.
  9. Select Name: enter solavei and tap OK.
  10. Select APN: enter solavei and tap OK.
  11. Proxy: Not Set
  12. Port: Not Set
    • User name: <leave blank>
    • Password: <leave blank>
  13. Server: Not Set
  14. Select MMSC: enter http://solavei.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc and tap OK.
  15. Multimedia Proxy: Not Set
  16. Multimedia Port: Not Set
  17. MCC: 310
  18. MNC: 260
  19. Authentication type: Not set
  20. Select APN type: default,mms (No spaces. Needs to match exactly)
    • Alternate: default,mms,hipri,supl,admin,mobile
  21. APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4
  22. APN Protocol: IPv4
  23. Bearer: Unspecified
  24. Press the Menu (to the left of the Home button) key and Tap Save
  25. Press the radio button next to Solavei to set the profile as default.
  26. At this time, turn the phone Off and then back On again.
  27. Test the settings by sending a picture message to yourself.
  28. Tap the Menu icon.
  29. Tap Browser.
  30. Enter a non-Google web site to test.
