On the device, tap the Menu (circle with 6 dots) icon. Select Settings > More > Slide the Wi-Fi Calling bar to OFF. Select Mobile networks > Ensure the Data enabled option is set to ON. Select Access Point Names. Press the Menu (you may need to hold this button down) key and tap New APN. Select New APN. Select Name, enter solavei and tap OK. Select APN, enter solavei and tap OK. Select APN Type: Put a check in ALL options: default, mms, supl, and wap and tap OK. Select MMSC, enter http://solavei.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc and tap OK. User name: <leave blank> Password: <leave blank> Select MMS proxy: <leave blank> Select MMS port: <leave blank> Press the Menu (hold down) key and select Save. Press the Home button. At this time, turn the phone Off and then back On again. Test the settings by sending a picture message to yourself. Tap the Menu icon. Tap Browser. Enter a non-Google web site to test.
